Rumah Tunduh is a small building tucked away in a quiet corner of Kampung Kenanga, that serves as an Airbnb retreat, design studio, office, and storage space. Designed to accommodate guests and intimate gatherings, it also functions as a meeting space for clients, a display area for material samples, and a storage room for construction operations.

The building adopts a tropical modern style inspired by traditional Malay and Sri Lankan architecture, combined with the simplicity and functionality of Nordic design. During cooler times of the day, it relies on natural ventilation and shaded outdoor spaces for comfort, while a roof-mounted sprinkler system helps cool the structure during hotter weather.

Rumah Tunduh explores how a modest building can accommodate multiple functions while remaining simple, adaptable, and connected to the environment.
