End-lot house renovation

This project features the extension of an end lot house consisting of a master bedroom, a daughter’s bedroom, and a secondary guest entrance.

The design idea is to incorporate a green courtyard between the new and existing building, that functions as the house’s focal point. The courtyard that ties the spaces, combined with the water garden’s ambiance, welcomes guests and creates a pleasing environment for the family.
