Universal Design Bus Stop

A collaborative project with ZaSve@ UMInnovation Sdn. Bhd. to design a universal design bus stop for DBKL. All design consideration are taken based on feedback on existing universal design bus stop (version 1) in UM Campus, as well as information and recommendation gathered from various stakeholders, designers and end users.

The site is located at Jalan Maarof, Bangsar. Universal design elements considered for this bus stop are new ramp from the back entry close to PWD car park, designated PWD waiting area, attention to detail of bench design with arm rest, brush concrete floor finish, adequate lighting, and bollard for safety.
